Board of Directors 2009-10
The Club is incorporated as an association under the Office of Fair Trading, Victoria. There are five officers on the board (Treasurer, President, President elect, Past President, Secretary) and five members on the board with portfolios allocated per year according to Club operations.
Directors are elected/appointed annually by Club members at its Annual General Meeting, generally held in October, and are responsible for providing leadership to the Club and managing Club affairs for the year. The incoming President of the Club and board directors undertake various training activities organized through District 9800 ready to take up the leadership role in the coming financial year.
